I gotta disagree and say that this is total bullshit, and a bit of a punch to the face to Formula 3 drivers. F1 drivers used to run F2 all the time, Cup drivers still run in Nationwide/Trucks, professional sportscar drivers run in GTD and World Challenge, etc.
