Lol I have yet to see that thing in person. But I suppose the original point of my post was comparing the interior of say a platinum or king ranch F-150 to the silverado. There's just no comparison. There's more plastic in the silverado than a dump truck full of Legos.

I like them on classic type trucks and possibly regular or extended cabs, but I don't like bench seats on new, somewhat luxurious, crew cab trucks, which is usually the biggest selling configuration of the full size segment (disregarding fleet sales). But I do see your point.

Thank goodness Harley Davidson didn't make the same mistake.

I'm typically a GM guy. I've owned more than a few. But when they released the current version, I was so let down. Obviously just my opinion. They barely tweaked it. And you're 100% spot on about the interior. And the column shifter? Still? What is this, 1994? Give me a console shifter or even the weird knob thing.

I hope they stay relatively true to the Atlas concept. maybe just maybe that would get the designers at GM to actually try and participate in the cosmetic portion of the full size truck game.

you again

Awwww way to knock the guy off his bar stool.

Good thing I can't read. That sounds terrible. I come here for the pictures.

I wonder how many of us, myself included, would stop whining about vehicles we can't get here if Jalopnik alone stopped showing us what we could have if we lived elsewhere. I'm usually too lazy to check out other car sites, unless it's cross posted here, so I can't be the only one who would probably have nothing to

I realize the chances are slim, but this really would help the area. I used to drive by the plant everyday on my way to and from work. It's desolate and kind of depressing considering it isn't even that old (relatively). My dad was one of many affected by GM layoffs when they pulled production of the

Guess we would have to see if anyone has researched the correlation of increase of accidents due to bad weather situations. I would do this, but I am too lazy.

Nice to know the 2011 Overland stands no chance against a moose. Or does it?

"They've got a whiskey-based sangria"

My ode to the gray
A prison from which I cannot free
Trapped forever shall I be
Fair mist which cloud the trolls
Along thine pages do I scroll
Mine thoughts dost bring me shame
Not witty enough, often lame
I read poetry on thine walls
And subtly reach and scratch my balls

I didn't even think of that! I would be the giant man-child that suffocates himself trying to play with it.

Disappointed it wasn't filled with packing peanuts.

Never thought I would read an article mentioning the VP and "getting a handjibber from a beat-boxing tranny prostitute under every bridge." Okay, maybe this isn't too far fetched.

Given this is a measly 1500 miles from me, will it be broadcast anywhere? Web maybe?

Mr. O, any word or even guesses as to when a (hopefully very close) variant may be slated for production?

Ha! Great visual. And it's no big deal. I have no trouble saying I'm an idiot and should do my homework next time, but this is the internet: home to everyone's incorrect thoughts and/or opinions... and I don't like homework.
