Sounds like you didn’t make it past 30-45. At lvl 60 the combat is so nuckin futs that people were complaining it’s far too fast and complicated, so they are trying to revamp things a little to make sure they don’t go over the edge with the lvl 70 cap. The combat is crazy at end game and is not the least bit slow.
