I’m probably wrong, but I’d imagine it’s a shift in culture. From what some people in Japan, things are changing as the old and traditional move on and new generations come up. But who knows, everyone likes a good FPS every now and then.

Well doesn’t seem as amazing as it did in Far Cry: Evolution. There you had the power of an animal and you felt like a savage doing that. Interesting looking game, but my eyes are focused on Prey for the Gods.
Yea I got that mod today. Makes it so much easier to play. You can fly through the ocean like a submarine too! Makes you realize how overly easy they made this game...
Well I just recently upgraded to the PC Master Race (and abso-fucking-lutely loving it) so I’m not buying a PS4 Neo anymore anyways. But I sure hope it (and Scorpio) to be badass and really up the technological competition. Gaming industry really needs to have the option to have more powerful console choices instead…
I’ve seen black cosplayers. Personally I never really considered this whole article to be a thing, just flew right over me I suppose. But I’ve never really thought skin color differences as any less authenticity than the 10 cent rags a lot of people put on anyways (no offense, not everyone can afford crazy good…
I’m fairly certain they’ve been so quiet because they are an indie team of, what, 15 people? Some of which have gone on vacation iirc. So those, I’m guessing, ~13 people are stuck catering and fixing bugs/glitches to a game that hasn’t been this big and hyped since Destiny. I’m pretty sure they’ve been on the clock…
I feel bad for murray and the team. All this bad press over them being an indie team and unintentionally making a AAA game when they weren’t supposed to. But whatever, I got my copy of the game and I’m having a blast.
Looks pretty damn decent. I’d still like it to be just a tad bit faster. And please don’t add in unique abilities like the infamous “wall hack” shit. That’s not skill at all, that’s a cheapass tool to grief people.
People hear the phrase “Full, procedurally generated universe completely open to explore and survive” and they immediately let their imaginations run wild. You’ve got people imagining the game has base building (which it doesn’t), that the game is a multiplayer shooter, that it’s a sandbox RPG like Minecraft, and they…
lol
Moogles are the devil
I highly doubt it. Siege has been great and, from what I’ve heard, it sold pretty good too. Worth $60? Nah not to me, but neither are 80% of games imo. Siege is a fair $40 and a good $20 buy. I try not to be too biased but I don’t think it’s very fair to lump R6 in with Evolve.
Yea this kind of game should have been F2P from the start. No offense to the quality of the game, but quirky 4v1 multiplayer games like this shouldn’t be more than $30 on launch. I have yet to play it, but I highly doubt it’s nearly as bad as the internet culture makes it out to be. I’d give it a shot but thanks to…
FFXIV is the ideal MMORPG to have VR support imo. I mean of course there’s no way in hell you’d do combat in first person. I’ve tried that before w/o VR and it’s migrain/seizure material as is lol. But you can go third person VR kinda like and alow for easier camera movements and checks with the head tracking.
I bought the 1070 FE because I needed a GPU asap because I’m moving and my PC had to be gutted. I was living with my Moto G3 as my PC for like 2 weeks and needed to get this new PC up and running. And no way in fuck was I gonna buy a GPU then trash it a month later to buy the 1070.
Yea but VR uses it’s own screens, not your monitor’s. So your monitor has nothing to do with VR
THIS! That’s exactly what I was feeling. It feels like it was being made for younger audiences, which is fucking ridiculous because it’s written for a mature audience lol. Reminds me a little bit to Tokyo Ghoul’s anime adaption in that sense.
Win 10 isn’t bad. Seems to be working similar to 7. And I’m liking the notifications button at the bottom right as well. Makes things quite a bit easier and quicker. Though I do get the feeling MS is watching my every click... kinda unsettling.
Bloodborne, not beserk lol
I agree with you about the chore and detaching part. Though I absolutely loved FFXIV to hell and back. Yea I too thought it was boring as shit for the first 30-45 levels because of the lack of dungeons and lack of skills to use. Like playing chess with 5 pawns, it got old really quick. But after 45 your skills get…
