Pretty bummed that Patrick went out so early. I can see how his schtick was annoying to the tribe, but I felt like we would vibe well. I like his energy and and sense of humor. Although, it was pretty hilarious how quickly his smile was wiped off his face when he got voted out.

Chuck’s escalating yelling response to Katie’s request to film the Snapchat stories was hilarious. He is so over the top and it’s glorious.

Don’t forget the banner said it was “Obligatory Women in Business Panel”

Awesome news! I was starting to worry that this was going to be Bunheads pt 2...

As a tabletop gaming nerd, I frequently hang around anime nerds who get annoyed when I say “I don’t like anime”. I enjoyed this article because I, too, was unable to get through Cowboy BeBop and just frequently don’t enjoy the genre. My response to the anime people is to ask them how they feel about reality TV. Many

It’s the role she was born to play, and she’s amazing.

Preach! I can’t stand bottled salad dressing. Maybe it’s a specific preservative or emulsifier, but something always feels off to me. My go-to is olive oil, balsamic, whole grain mustard and a drop of honey. Takes 30 seconds, tastes way better.

I still love Pink.

I got a Party Down notification for this???

It’s the finale song, obviously. That’s the part I cried at.

I enjoyed seeing I had a passive aggressive fight with someone over whether it’s okay to make fun of Podmass commenters for talking about Earwolf so much.

Hmm, that’s a good point. Lots of vending machines these days do take credit cards.

The technology sounds cool and convenient. No need to carry cash. The fact that it’s not a traditional vending machine means you can include a variety of products, regardless of size or shape. Using the name “bodega” just seems like a pretty silly mistake because that’s where all the attention is going. But maybe

Can we just get Japanese vending machines in the U.S.? I want more C.C. Lemon and canned coffee!

Same. I would never refer to my dad as “Daddy” but that’s how I address him. I still use “Mommy” too. Not from the South.

TBH I have a lot of friends who live in Manhattan, probably make around the same as Sutton/Jane (looks like Kat has the bigger table) and spend an absurd amount of money on cabs, SoulCycle, etc. I think some people are just really bad at money.

She bought the ticket with her parents’ frequent flier miles. Still absurd - my parents save their miles for years to pay for their vacations AND my dad flies a lot for work.

There’s no way Jane ends up going to Incite. I feel like it’s going to end up being “too good to be true.”

I know this show isn’t going for realism, but I do NOT understand how Jane not only nagged a great job as a staff writer on a magazine, but also got an offer for another job that also will pay her to write the in-depth political articles she wants to do. I wonder what the freelancers of the world think about this

Yeesh. I just feel bad for all the esteemed scientists who work for the federal government. You don’t work at EPA (or NIH specializing in climate change or environmental health) unless you care about the environment.
