I read Prep in the 8th grade, which was probably a little too young because it taught me what a blowjob was. I wonder what I'd think of it if i went back and reread it, since at the time I identified a lot with Lee (the main character) but she really sucked and had a lot of self-pity.

Thank you! Automo-bills is hilarious and makes me smile every time I hear it.

That is the one recent pop song that when I hear it come on I blast it and sing along. It's so catchy and delightfully stupid.

Pretty sure my parents only have cable because of HGTV. I should send them this.

I didn't realize everyone hated this song. I find it pretty non-threatening. I also learned all the words in middle school so I'm very good at getting people to pretend that they're impressed with me.

Perhaps I'm too spoiled by Alamo Drafthouse. How I wish it were in my new city…

I'm with you there. But, as long as those people stay far away from me, I don't particularly care what they do.

I have a bigger problem with the people who want to record the entire concert on their shitty iPhone video camera so they can watch it later (?) and my line of vision is a sea of phone screens.

I'm confused. Did no one read the interview or the tweets? The whole point is that people who want to text are required to attend a showing where they're explicitly allowed to text. This implies that AMC would be more strict about its texting policy in normal showings. This is a win-win.

Holy shit, you can play the superidol after a revote? That's even way more OP than I thought.

The difference with Tai is you can tell he's struggling with the morality of the gameplay and the people he associates with. It was SO SO disappointing watching him put the fire out. But you know he can redeem himself, while I don't think Scot/Jason can.

Anyone who watched the first episode of "Love" and then rage-quit knows that threesomes with cousins/sisters/twins is totally feasible, right guys?

I've noticed a lot of snark and condescension surrounding the idea that Rory is now a teacher. The worst I've seen is an article in another online magazine with the subtitle "Rory is putting her Yale degree to good use". As though becoming a teacher is a huge loss of potential. I get that she always wanted to be a

YES! I want Lena and Stef to be my moms.

People are constantly still telling me I need to prioritize watching Greek ASAP. I remember when it was airing it sounded SO dumb but maybe I'll finally get around to it.

The Fosters is one of my current obsessions. It's a little soapy, but I enjoy soapy so I'm not that upset about it.

The Voice seems to be more about watching Adam Levine fight with the other judges than about the singing itself. And that's why people flocked to it when American Idol got boring.

VFTW was great. I un-ironically enjoyed American Idol and also read VFTW religiously. Snarky recap reviews before they were ubiquitous.

I actually really liked this one. Solid romcom in my book. The female leads are really good.

LOL I have the opposite problem because of hourglass hell. I wear size 12 or bigger dresses (and god forbid I find a button down that doesn't gape…) but pants are a nice fit at size 8.
