Prior to becoming Killer Frost, the high point for Caitlin was drunken karaoke with Barry.

The unexpected ice slide with Frost, Zari, and Vixen was delightfully comic book-y.
I particularly appreciated how none of the heroes had any qualms about using almost-certainly-lethal force against the Nazi hordes. No second guessing.
Ray’s sudden appearance right as Thawne was about to cut into Supergirl was glorious. I love how they embrace the goofiness.
Nope, that’s a thread for The Flash to pick up later.
I expected a lot of things from this crossover, but not that the finale would have me tearing up at several points, for a variety of well-earned moments: Seeing a Leo(nard) Snart who is well and truly happy and in love; Russell Tovey getting some superhero shine; and that the death (for now?) of Martin was treated…
It was like they had never encountered a miniseries before. Like, Defenders JUST happened this summer.
What was the highest point of the Event to you guys and gals? I personally loved the wedding fight where no one was wearing their normal oufit.
THANK YOU for finally abandoning the conceit that this is “not a regular episode” that the three other reviewers used as an excuse for knocking off points.
Legit teared up at Stein’s funeral. Was bummed by his being killed off but it really does make a lot of sense dramatically. Will miss Victor Garber.
Oliver shot himself in the front thank-you very much.
I agree, this has been much better than last year’s crossover. I’m thinking that Netflix would package all 4 episodes into one miniseries (which this certainly qualifies as) and they would/will work well together
Exactly. They shouldn’t judge it as a three part event at all. They don’t even have the normal intros. And to be honest, I’ve found this crossover to be a huge improvement over last year’s. Seeing these characters interact is gold. I wish they’d merge at least a couple of these shows together.
OMG enough with the complaining about how all these episodes aren’t like normal episodes of their perspective shows, already! Sheesh. You critic folks have been the biggest buzzkills about this event.
While I still like all the ArrowVerse shows, Legends of Tomorrow to me has been the best & most consistent of them the last two seasons—starting, not coincidentally, with Sara becoming the captain & team leader, and Caity Lotz essentially becoming the star of the show.
I can’t tell you how awesome it is to have an openly and proudly bi woman kick ass and captain a ship on network television on a weekly basis.
Caity Lotz as Sara Lance is my favorite character in the ArrowVerse. Her awesomeness starts with how great she is in the fight scenes, but certainly goes far beyond that.
This is how you do a crossover
And are we so jaded that King Shark’s cameo doesn’t even warrant a hey, King Shark!!!!!
I’ve been more psyched about this crossover than Justice League which sucks since they had 400mill when this is tightly budgeted just goes to show that consistent effort pays off (the CW shows are hardly watercooler talk stuff but they do good stuff frequently).
