That's actually not a bad idea and could provide her with the perspective/support of a neutral party. She definitely has too many 'yes' people around her, for starters.

Oh, in NO way do her parents needs to be involved (in a conservatorship). When I said I could not think of anyone who would fit the bill, her parents were included.
