@Rob Hayes: the upgrade version already is a full version of the disk (ive done it myself) the thing that doesnt work is the key, you need to call msft after a clean install... this wont do anything to help your key work

i use mac osx and there is a widget that takes my apps and looks for updates. its called "app update"... it works well #hivefive
