Nothing whatever to do w/reverse racism — just amused to see how one adjective can be taken at immediate face value, while the adjacent one is immediately subjected to the “let me tell you what the author was really sayin’ “ treatment.
“ Of course this particular brand, which is all about status and rich white women, would be fat-shaming. “
Hmmm... “Intent doesn’t matter!” is pretty much the standard counter here to someone who says “but I didn’t mean to offend anyone.”
The author couldn’t be more exquisitely sensitive if he gobbled estrogen by the fistful. How does anyone mock bad writing, and ignore a cod-Runyonesque atrocity like this?
Don’t leave us hanging... what does Jimmy Fallon consider the “ultimate” in late-night comedy then?
“Stone Cold” belongs alongside “Ben Hur” as one of the ten gayest “straight” films ever made. It’s about as camp as a “Village People” video.

You’ve clearly blessed with a very vivid imagination. Enjoy.
Interesting look at current biases in the adoption market. You’d have to think these trends were much stronger fifty years ago (with the exception of gay couples having stronger biases, as they’d have mostly been unable to adopt back then):
She went deaf at age two. She was also born weighing only two lbs.
Three years to finish HBS? When did that happen?
“And why should a taller, stronger person get to pack more than I do? Fuck that privilege.”
