Yeah, the number of books I own digitally and have hard copies of is frankly way more ridiculous than anyone organizing their books by color. And yet, to quote Marie Kondo, it “sparks joy” in me to have books everywhere.

I’m a little surprised by some of these comments regarding Harry and Billy Porter wearing dresses. For a site that loves to preach how gender is just some kind of societal invention, especially with regard to gender roles, it’s weird to see people complaining that these men aren’t wearing dresses for the “right”…

The soundtrack was the big thing for me. It swells in exactly the right places and booms exactly when it needs to. The ethereal and cosmic aesthetic it has fits perfectly without getting too opera or cyberpunk sounding

I know, the comments are so bizarrely vicious over someone answering a question about their IQ when asked. I can only assume people have hangups about their own intelligence to react so negatively.

This article and some of the comments remind me of the reaction some of my classmates had to the girl who was ranked second in my year at school. People she barely knew hated her guts because how dare she be so intelligent and academically successful, while also being conventionally attractive and not socially…

In an episode that included surviving in goo for 35 years and eyeball bombs, the least believable thing was that those wood and paper scrolls were impressively waterproof.

The little looks they give are so fun to watch—I appreciated Mags ability to smile sincerely through every disaster, while being cheeky, and Giuseppe’s surprised expression when they told him he had 90 minutes to make the Sticky Toffee looked like he just learned he was chosen for The Squid Game.

Every time I watch bake off I get so sad knowing the people being sent home are executed 

I love how it shifts, too, from having the perspective of an over-burdened mother with an impossibly difficult child in the first half, to having the perspective of a resourceful child with an abusive, unstable mother after The Babadook finally gets let in.
