So at first my reaction was negative at her working, but ‘in labor’ probably wasn’t active contractions every few minutes. I worked the day before having my twins. I was having contractions every once in awhile. So technically I worked while in labor, but it wasn't an actual issue.

The only thing I can think of this being appropriate, is when it is pre arranged and agreed upon. Like if a group of friends wanting to get together for a shrimp boil. Bob is buying the ingredients but everyone is chipping in in the event.

I feel I am probably having the same issues you are having.

My husband thinks I am crazy but there are certain restaurants where the Coke is far superior. There are also ones where I think it’s gross. I love Coke but hate those fountains where you can get any flavor.

I may eat a few fries while waiting for my husband to assemble his burger (I don’t usually have mayo, mustard, etc so my assembly is quick). However, I mainly focus on the burger. Fries are always last.

I would have assumed that it just got in. I have been in plenty of businesses where there is a random bird/bat flying around. It's never been a movie theatre but plenty of other places.

I have never been a big drinking while out type but have spent good money on alcohol for house parties.  I think my biggest was $150 for Halloween punch.

I will fight you on the waffles can’t be savory point. My favorite version of waffles is savory (bacon and cheese in the waffle). Pancakes are blah in comparison.

I have a weird love for these silly little M&Ms. My favorite commercial ever (not just M&Ms is if them in a hostage situation with a cashier and the robber said he was going to eat one of the hostages. So an M&M whispers to the other, “He’s going to eat Gary.” So as long as they continue to do stupid commercials like

NyQuil is disgusting tasting. I don’t understand why anyone would want to eat a piece of chicken versus just taking a shot of the nastiness. This leads me to believe 1 of 2 things:

Just because something is not needed for you, doesn’t mean it isn’t helpful/needed by others. Lots of disabled or elderly people would find this to be a significant benefit. Picking up a bag of groceries may not be hard for you but is impossible or extremely hard for others

Much rather my daughter not have spent 3 nights in the ICU and a total of 3 weeks in the hospital So yes, I advocate for people being difficult and not let them bandaid problems until they become in the hospital for long time problems.

As a parent of a child where doctors were unable to diagnose a serious issue that was their fault and relatively obvious I feel for him. All the doctors involved were morons.

Just because someone else says it is fine for them doesn’t mean it was fine for all. Obviously something was unsafe on set if a gun that wasn’t supposed to have ammo, did, and killed someone on set.

My family has an appetizer extravaganza on Thanksgiving lunch. Sausage balls, pigs in a blanket, homemade pretzels, etc. Later we have a traditional dinner but I love lunch a lot more.

I thought of Krispy Kreme too when she said that. The only thing going for them is that they can be bought fresh all the time.

My brother had a football he fake signed from Tony Romo (or another Dallas QB) displayed in his house. His house was destroyed in a tornado. The appraiser saw the football and appraised it as authentic.

If someone is coming to my house, I make homemade pizza, sometimes soup (highly altered Italian wedding), or a chicken cordon bleu casserole).

Are employees also going to be measured on it? It sounds something stupid a company would do.

Like others have mentioned, some of these really depend on your family size and what you use lots.
