Each year my family has lasagna for Christmas too. We have it for several birthdays too. It uses a marinara sauce cooked for hours. This is also used for spaghetti and meatballs as well. My mom is half Italian. The recipe spawned from my Dad’s side of the family (not Italian).

So my twins had surgery (successful!) two weeks ago and was home with them for two weeks with no pushback from anyone with what I watched. I choose Christmas movies, mostly the Hallmarky ones. I have to say I like the Netflix ones a lot more. They have more whimsey to them.

I also don’t think the last challenge was all that mean. Only two screwed it up. One screwed it up because she forgot to press the right button. The other admitted that she couldn’t get this to work beforehand. They weren’t dinged because bit was melty. They were dinged because it was soupy.

I have 5 siblings and each year we are responsible for a side to go with the traditional turkey. Lately I have been responsible for the stuffing because I have made it extra fancy. So since it's my responsibility, I have to make it my favorite (homemade rolls is pretty high too).

So since this original post, I have switched to the King Arthur Flour recipe (which basically just uses vinegar too) and found great success with it 

Bacon cheddar waffles. Same recipe as regular waffles but just add bacon and cheese.

I have never been a Taco Bell fan and probably only ate there a few times in my life. This week, my twins had brain surgery and at night this was the only thing left open for dinner in the hospital. I had it 5 times this week. So I have more than doubled the times I had Taco Bell.

Whole Foods is for people who have great income. You don’t have to go there to get your food. Well incomed people are probably the ones who could easiest have cut unnecessary stores from their shopping. I like people pretending this is just a US problem. I work for a industry just as screwed from this and work  Lots and lots and lots of countries are screwed and way more than the US.

When my daughter was one or two she absolutely loved this local cars salesman who did tv commercials. Everytime (everytime) she would see him on TV she would scream with happiness. The guy is never quite in focus in the commercials, so it was so weird that is what she chose to love.

So is going to be like the pillsbury cinnabon rolls now? Those are super disappointing. Full disclosure: I have never had Cinnabon rolls from Cinnabon. The Pillsbury Cinnabon version just tasted like Pillsbury cinnamon rolls. 

My only issue with this is the volume of extra eggs that the store made. How is it that they over preparing by 100 eggs??  How many eggs are they going through in the salad bar each day?

I swear this was already a thing 25 years ago that I read in textbooks (that were probably 10 years old at that point). How is this considered new?

I am confused at this specific backlash. So it is okay to bend at the will of China and the multiple evil things they do, but it goes too far when they mention them in the credits?
