Things like this is why people are frustrated with the media. What are you doing with that extra 1200 because obviously being forced not  to work for a month wouldn't negatively effect your ability to pay bills.  This is so completely tone deaf and sad.

Sounds semi familiar to the dish my mom made when I was a kid. She didn’t put in the microwave though. There was typically vegetables and olives with it too. We didn’t have a very nice name for it but I grew to really like it when I was older.

The way I make pizza sauce is I usually make sausage or bacon. I remove the cooked meat/bacon grease. Then pour a can of tomato sauce into the still hot pan. I then put garlic, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes and oregeno. I let it reduce a bit (I usually use those half cans so it reduces quickly).

Do I think this is insane? Yes. But I also find lots of the stuff being totally supported on this website around the Coronoa Virus insane as well.

I took several stat courses in college. The number one thing I learned is how easily you can skew statistics.

I am proud to say that I have 5lbs of bacon at my house and use it constantly.

Fun fact. The making of Mountain Dew is considered an essential service and will not shut down due to quarantines. So people will not be out of the beverage in a month or two.

The beef bourguignon from Julie and Julia. I know I have the exact recipe for it, so one day I might even make it (it’s been 10+ years since the movie so maybe not).

Goodness you would have hated traveling with my family. We drove from Tennessee to upstate New York every year. Getting to Pennsylvania felt like we were almost there (not really though). Flying just from PA to NY sounds insane to me.

I honestly think unlimited PTO is kinda shoddy. I get a generous amount of PTO each year. However I struggle to take it because of my work load. Luckily I can just say but I need to use the PTO that the company offers. If it is unlimited that push can’t be there anymore and manager s are less compelled to accept time
