They are going to leave. 70% of Scots voted to stay in the EU. The only reason they agreed to stay part of Great Britain was because of the guarantees they got from Cameron that GB would remain part of the EU. Scotland is friggin gone.

It is mind blowing that people think this is a good thing. I am just sitting here stunned. The markets are reacting terribly, good luck with trade, Scotland is going to leave the UK for sure while Ireland made rumblings a few hours ago that they will explore their options as well. The whole thing is just jaw dropping.

I’m seeing pieces suggesting just that. Apparently Scotland favored remaining in the EU and so this is a new point of contention. They also suggested a “stronger” British identity may cause more friction.

Exactly my point. Scotland just got screwed and they know it. Who wants to be subordinate to a finicky electorate that doesn’t take your wishes and welfare into consideration!

Watch Scotland, UK. They might make a break for it to go to the EU and I don’t blame them one bit.
