Me too!!!!! Honesty I get so excited for weekends off... to do nothing. If I have plans, whatever that may be, a night out or whatever, I feel like I didn’t have a weekend off. Because all that is work!

I thought this - some weekends I come home on a Friday and don’t leave again until the Monday. 24 hours isn’t enough to be ‘concerning’. Although the fact that Carrey essentially set up ‘Suicide watch’ on her home is pretty shady and the whole ‘White was married to Burton but Carrey was somehow responsible for her…
Not it’s not. When a person is depressed, they may stay inside for days on end. Perhaps that is why he was not concerned after just 24 hours.
Maybe but it would, in my mind, be difficult to determine if someone hadn’t left home for 24 hours with just a cursory look at some security footage. I have security cameras and park in the same spot every day. You would actually have to watch all 24 hours of footage to see if I had went anywhere and came back. Jim…
Scientology connection on the way. Guessing that now Carrey isn’t going to settle that this lawsuit gets dropped pretty fast. The Clampire has a long history of lawsuits, obviously, but also has a history of their legal antics blowing up in their face. Google Debbie Cook and what happened with her suit. …
Is it interesting that this is coming from her husband, who it seems she didn’t have much of a relationship with, and not her family- parents siblings etc.
For me, either - I’m an introvert who works from home. I stay inside for days at a time. Sometimes I manage to do all my socializing and shopping etc for an entire week without putting on real clothes - I just have friends come over and order grocery delivery.
Yep. Same here. And if you have issues with depression and anxiety staying inside wouldn’t be super unusual.
This should have been mentioned in the article. It’s extremely relevant.
For reals. There has been whole weekends I haven’t stepped outside. Why would I need to...with Netflix, Google Express, Door Dash.
You guys need to read this. Catrina was apparently on her “Purif” in Scientology shortly before this. It’s a grueling controversial detoxification program where you have to take a ton of vitamins (so much Niacin that it makes your old sunburns reappear) and sit in a sauna for hours to sweat out toxins.
No shit. I didn’t set foot outside my apartment from Monday until Friday last week, and I only went outside Friday because I knew I had some eyeshadow waiting for me in my mailbox downstairs. I regularly get home Friday evening and hole up until Monday morning when I have to go to work. It’s one of my favorite things…
Why has nobody reported or mentioned on Cathriona White’s involvement in Scientology? That’s a huge creepy element of her life story that’s being left out.
In a personal injury lawsuit of this sort, you don’t need to prove that the defendant made the deceased commit suicide. You need to prove that it was reasonably foreseeable that the deceased would commit suicide as a result of the defendant’s action or inaction. But there aren’t clear-cut rules regarding civil…
24 hours doesn’t seem like an alarmingly long time to stay inside. My neighbors would be calling the police on me during every Law & Order marathon
His ex-gf was a Scientologist and Jim Carrey is pretty openly anti-Scientology. And the Church has a problem with spying on people. Maybe he was watching the watchmen, so to speak.
My guess is the truth is more like something in the middle of both stories. Carrey probably has issues with prescription drug abuse himself, and they probably had a history of taking them together while they were dating. However, I’m guessing he didn’t just give a large amount of heavy medication to a suicidal woman,…
If Alba’s face would make their diapers less leak-prone or more absorbent, I’d buy them.
This sucks. Part of the reason I buy from companies like Seventh Generation is to avoid putting money into big conglomerates.
Slate ran an article talking about how Gary Johnson was a poor choice for a liberal protest vote. In it, they broke down his policies, explaining how they ran almost in direct opposition to Clinton, Sanders, and even Stein.
