I’m far down the line in these comments but I just want to say this here. I watched one of my best friends die in front of me five years ago. She needed a hysterectomy and never stopped bleeding. She’d visit the ER and they’d give her blood and then discharge her. She walked around wearing Depends until she couldn’t

I really like Melissa McCarthy, but I won’t be able to watch this. Just the concept has me a little nauseous because of my personal experience.

I pay a higher premium to have a lower deductible but they are still ridiculous. And my company is actually trying to give us good options.

my GOD Melissa Mccarthy is gorgeous when she’s not dulled down! like in the “im 21!” scene and the “vagoogle” scene. STUNNING!

The plot is stale, but I like this new thing of women’s comedy being sexually free, brash, etc. And Melissa is my physical comedy fav, so I’m in.

According to Republicans, these are all just people who made poor life choices and expect others to pay for it.

Rose Byrne proved to me in Neighbors she was down for anything.

“you’re funny. That’s the Bulgarian clown in you”

YES! Not only am I ready for some Melissa McCarthy (which I desperately need), but I love that this character goes back to school! I am in a weird time in life, and I am considering going back to college myself.

Rose Byrne being too frail to push the gun across the floor... so good.

I knowwwwwwwwww. I love them together, but not when they make movies. Tammy? UGGGGGGH. She’s so delightful and hilarious and an incredible artist— but so far their movies together have been duds. I will watch Spy EVERY DAMN TIME it’s on (also “The Heat.”)

Spy was so good.

Spy was incredible. I went in prepared to be underwhelmed and came out the other side obsessed.

Spy was more than good, it was excellent. I sort of think Jason Statham stole the show on that one, but still... excellent.

The “Face Off Machine” scene with Statham, and Allison Janney telling him it takes quarters. The continual rodent problem where the analysts worked, Rose Byrne in general. That was the most fun I had at the theater since Bridesmaids.

I’m with ya, the older I get, the more I love physical comedy. In college, i never got why the Edina Monsoon from Ab Fab fell down her stairs all the time, now I rewind and rewatch every time ;-)

Yeah...I sort of think there might be some better writers out there she could be working with.
Spy. Spy was good.

Now playing

I LOVE HER. some people may think it’s overly simplistic, but i love her type of physical humor. her hands and body are so animated it kills me. and anytime she hosts SNL they are some of my favorite skits!

I love the Micro Four-Third format. It is the ultimate interchangeable lens platform for the digital handheld / street photographer. I never bought into the argument that it needs to compete with full-frame DSLRs in order to survive. The resolution is maxed-out. So low light performance was the area in which to
