From pure comic book standard, this was our real first look at actual Legion. I imagine it will be from Lenny’s perspective that David is acting off and then he demonstrates some different power and he can’t read minds.

What I always find to be the biggest logical issue I have had, not to forgive David for what he did, but the show weirdly made it easy to walk past it by going all minority report on him. If they had been trying to stop him because of all the things he had done, then that would have made sense, but they weren’t just…
As this was the only question I heard the showrunners hedge on, I think they had planned filming of all the pre time jump episodes. By the time they got to the end, especially this one, they seemed to disappear and they started doing the scene breaks as more dramatic purposes.
I agree this would have been a good one to place with a 10 episode season around episode six. Like we have more answers about what is going on back on Earth and you leave with a cliff hanger there and the space team is on its way back. And the tension could be dealt with because while Daisy likely still has almost…
It probably would have come to that, I mean no guards outside his cell but I bet there had been they just got freaked out bu Ray and Vandal's laughing.
Thank you, I had since learned it, but I still can't remember Zari referring to him as anything except her brother. Of course I have also been dwelling on the first foray into Zari's time because it seems evident that the Flash and the stupid cure was setting up the world for her reality. But it should be funny…
I enjoyed, it, weirdly, it didn’t exactly feel season finale, like that I almost hoped for a next episode next week. Which might also be a compliment.
I am not convinced Sarge's team is exactly bad guys yet and maybe just jaded screw ups who have been trying to out run the thing that destroyed their respective dimensions. Basically they are the Legends of the MCU when the Legends follow Rory's lead on a mission or Sara is a wtf attitude (or Charlie once she is less…
Randomly, I had to go listen to the song over the finale scene of Lucifer just to see because they both were very appropriate for the scenes and the couples. Like, Chloe and Lucifer will never stop loving each other even if they can’t be together and Felicity and Oliver will never stop looking for each other.
So, just a funny observation, did anyone else keep reaching for their remote to fast forward during the commercial break that still seem planned in?
I heard somewhere that Inbar is playing this Eve character so well because she basically is playing her as a Disney princess with a naughty streak. Which helps later on with not judging some dumb decisions.
This was a tough one to watch, I’m kind of glad I did it at time I could only watch it and not go right into episode 4 (because everything I understand, Eve is fun and everyone likes her, but, well, Kinley is right in his assumptions, it strikes me that if Inbar brings any of the party versions of Maddie to Eve, she…
I too am planning a two episode a night arc (even though I had heard the episodes flow into each other, Kinley walking in felt like a good place to pause). I wonder if he actively throws her under the bus or just plays on the prophecy. That would spiral Lucifer back to his anger at God which was always a good mine…
That’s why I am kind of convinced the baby will almost be more of a group baby and probably there are kids in that group that attach themselves to certain people, and I think a lot of them will suddenly get that rush of protectiveness that Clarke really has always acted from, she just had a different focus last season…
Apparently, Raven will be grieving most of the season and probably blaming Clarke really more of an extension of last year. Which, I think Dioyos baby might prove to be an level of understanding to a lot of Clarke’s last season actions when they feel overly protective of the kid.
I cautiously optimistic about the Nate and Zari thing too, especially when they were awkwardly bantering when you know both can nerd out pretty well. I also think I like the prospect of a slow burn as opposed to a will they/won’t they thing, like almost fully invested in kissing, the dragon egg. If they are taking,…
It was kind of, okay, maybe I am blanking on the actual season finales from before, but it was sort of that Marvel feeling where the end credits sort of provide this bow of the movie so you are like able to move to thinking than reacting, I guess? Like, I think last week was a real sort of season finale, but I think…
I too feel that countdown has begun, and I am weirded out that the fact that potentially both James and Lex will be getting super powers was never mentioned (I mean, more that it was never mentioned about James, Lena didn’t have time).
Unlike say, the Passage, where a potential second season actually introduces us to the main characters from the book, I am kind of curious about what this show would do going forward. It actually doesn’t seem to be reaching the “Finals” in this season unless there is some sort of nearly six month time jump in the…
I am contemplating waiting for Stargirl before I give in, but this one tempts me. Its just, well, of all the superhero shows, sure I knew the broad strokes of the big ones, but Stargirl is one I actually know. But I also thought if I wait, I likely can watch the whole season of this and probably the whole seasons of…
