+1 for this idea. As an add on, most hardware stores or lumber yards that do cuts on site will give sawdust away for free. Makes the cardboard egg carton wax starters last a bit longer for that wet tinder... just make sure to use non-treated sawdust!
Also, they (Mexicana Grocery) will sometimes have a natural mix of Horchata concentrate. Which is delicious and way cheaper than

Here is a trick, save some Watts and just use a spray bottle with plain old H2O.
