I’ve tried to figure out how to get them to wake up next to my character. I’ve gone to the apartment and tried sleeping for 2 weeks straight and they never spawned next to me, any tips on how to get this to work or is it just very very random. 

As someone who has played the game through twice, I can’t really see how Multi Player would really work. I could see possibly a Co-Op mode but I am not sure what else they would really want for Multiplayer unless they just want it to be an open world like Fallout 76..
