I hate the Ctrl+A and Ctrl+E with a passion. Using the Home/End keys like on Windows is a shitload more intuitive and faster since you only have to hit one key. They could have Ctrl+Home or Cmd+Home go to the start of the whole page instead of just the home and end keys doing that.

It's a shame that Tab Mix Plus seems to cause a slight lag when changing tabs. Makes the user interface feel slightly sluggish and I don't like that considering Firefox isn't the fastest browser (in terms of rendering and UI) to begin with.

Got to agree that Songbird is a bit of a failure. Slow and bloated, which is a shame because otherwise it would be a viable alternative to iTunes on OSX.
