I would imagine that it was-Dad didn’t believe the diagnosis-Dad wasn’t treating the diagnosis-Judge decides he’s a danger because he refuses to believe the diagnosis. If this child actually had cancer and his dad was refusing chemo, I think a judge would side with the pro-chemo parent.
