Totally agree. Admittedly these were in buildings that delivered to that seemed designed the the purpose. It wasn’t an old Walmart which would seem questionable.

In a past life I was a delivery driver and some of my stops were Southwest Key facilities in Arizona. I didn’t know what it was at the time but I did get to see the kids and I of course have intimate knowledge of what food they are being given.
