Yep. I would have loved it if Jack actually had Hannibal in cuffs at the end of episode 5. Yeah, Hannibal would be "contained" in some trippy old-school artsy jail cell for a while, but we'd see a few characters assisting his escape only so they could kill him. It would also shake up the dynamic a bit. It feels like

I'm wondering what everyone's "favourite part" of the show is and what series it appears in. I'd say most people would go for series 1 or 2? Series 3 seems a bit too clogged down, but I admit the last few episodes are a turnaround. Jack's and Hannibal's fight in the previous episode is probably the best for me, this

I know. I think they're laying it on thicker too. In the first and second series we had arching killers for the protagonists to follow - serial killers like (forgive me forgetting the names) Abigail's father, the guy putting his victims inside the horses, Eddie Izzard's character etc. Each episode seemed to deal with

I wondered about that too. I was under the impression that the whole season would revolve around Hannibal seeking out the Red Dragon, and the clock's ticking.

Cordell is a great character.

Cordell is a great character.

Yeah, much of the character interaction involves philosophical debate. It gets too much sometimes.

I don't agree with this. She's never actively killed a person, she doesn't share Hannibal's enthusiasm for eating murder victims, and she is often seen looking distressed when witnessing Hannibal murdering someone. She even takes the ice pick out of that guy's head at the dinner table to put him out of his misery. She

I'm not sure we're seeing a hell of a lot of "strong female characters", really. (And I'm not saying we need this to make a great TV series.) Chiyo (I didn't remember her name until reading this review) has been in the series for a few episodes and is pretty much Hot Standard Oriental Chick With A Gun. Her end game

And damned handier than this episodes shows Will as. He could barely scramble over the gate to Hannibal's grounds (in what was unintentionally and awesomely the least elegant shot of the night). Yet he can put this together.

Sam: I got laid.
Jon: Bro! Join the club!
*high five*

I'm not so sure about Littlefinger. Not many of his actions have made sense this series; particularly given his alleged obsession with Sansa and knows-everything reputation.

Yep. Sansa in particular has experienced hell for seemingly no reason whatsoever. At least now Sophie Turner will have less people walking up to her in the street and saying, "You're a bitch" (a comment she got a lot after series 1). "Sophie! Are you ok?"

Yeah that kiss was the worst part of the episode. For God's sake.

And a polar bear.

Holy mother of YES.

Yeah. Kind of cocky, unless they have a secret weapon: they've disabled steering on the ship and it can only go forwards.

I would love next season to open with a demonstration of Melistupid's magic actually working on Jon Snow. The first season I begin to like him, and the predictable happens. But this insistence from Weiss that he's dead… that's bull, right?

Am I insane (yes) or did Drogon literally just supernova into the stadium?

Like John Locke.
