$1000+ per airbag for the suspension? Count me in!
These are real dangerous to new motorcycle riders who get too cocky and start riding fast on unfamiliar roads. Even experienced riders can be met with danger when the corner gets way tighter than anticipated. Double whammy if there’s an obstacle such as gravel or a pothole on the road.
Scat packs are fun, but I’m already used to the power. With the 315 wide tires I have, I get low 4 second 0-60 and my best run was a 3.9, which is not bad for a 4300lb sedan. With drag radials and a low DA, you can do high 11s in the quarter. But like I said, I’m used to the power and I’m considering leasing a hellcat…
Actually, no. 99% of the people tell the new members to take those off. They damage the paint underneath. If you really like the look, you should use a vinyl strip. I sold my set for $70 on ebay... I guess what they say about one man’s trash is right.
You should see the hate I get when I call them fender flares on the facebook groups. I have a Charger Scat Pack, so when the fender flare charger was announced, I never understood the excitement.
How’s the weather up there on your high horse?
Yea It’s pretty hard to find any volvo from the last 20 years with any rust on them. They definitely used the right metals for it.
You sound like a triggered automaker or someone who just dropped 6 digits on an NSX with inferior performance compared to the C8. That car gets brought up so much because it’s absolutely game changing in every aspect. It shows that awesome looking cars can be affordable and don’t all need to be 150k+. Who in their…
When the markup is 80-100%, yea not all of them will sell. In fact, you have to be some sort of a rich idiot to buy one above msrp.
Yes technically those will “protect” the bottom of the bumper. However, the dirt and grit gets in between them and the paint which acts like sandpaper.
Dude I have a 2018 Scat Pack. It’s totally stock height, but the front bumper sits lower than my 2016 Mustang GT that was lowered 1.25 inches. WTF?! The only way to safely lower these is with air ride. Otherwise I couldn’t drive it anywhere.
Yea lets add external oil coolers so that a pebble can cause an oil leak.
Usually the new engines don’t need the break in. The transmission and the diff are a different story though.
You want them there longer?

Yoda?
Also struts.
Tons of people will pay 10k over MSRP and then try to sell it on Craigslist for 20-30k over. Just like the ones who paid close to 50k for a Type R 2 years ago.
I don’t wanna brag, but I have a near 90% success rate of hitting the moon in Kerbal Space Program.
