Women make up almost 50% of our population for quite some time now, and their right to vote a good century. The system isn’t being rigged against them, their vote counts the same as men’s.

But isn’t the electoral actaully in place so that smaller states aren’t being outright shunned vs. NY, CA, MA, TX, etc.??
