I work in film and I'm pretty sure they made her sign a release form so when it comes to the film it the film makers that can sue.

@talkingstove: I agree to a degree. The problem that faces us is that the service providers are making it difficult to exist only on the internet with all these service caps. I'm guessing that google and verizon have worked out a solution for that.
