go look at the ToS for the oculus headset and it tells you it owns anything you make on the headset dev kit, along with tracking gps signal of where you are and your body movements without your approval.

actually they didnt skip it, its a 2 part ova that shows the original mission members and shokichi’s initial encounter, so yes, they did make it.
