On one hand, it’s kind of bullshit that you can solicit your victims using certain forms of technology but not others. On the other hand, rapists should be punished in every possible way. Fuck this guy.

I have serious issues with a lot of the ways that the registries are run. And they definitely lead to recidivism in cases (unlike, say CoSA). In this case though, I find it to be a very fitting punishment.

I agree. Why should this logic apply only to waiters? I want exceptional service from the teller at the bank, the butcher at the deli, the guy who changes the oil in my car, etc. I just have no obligation to tip them because they make minimum wage.
