But would you be willing risk getting COVID-19 and giving it to someone who could die from it?
But would you be willing risk getting COVID-19 and giving it to someone who could die from it?
And you’d be risking the public health as much as your own, which is pretty shitty.
“I can’t do anything to address your concerns if I don’t know who I’m talking with,” Wetherill’s reply reads.
Remember: When ruled by a money-hungry ruling class, there is no such thing as compassion, morality, or sympathy - unless its towards them and their wealth, of course. You’re just expendable and “volunteer builders” for their virus-free sanctuaries as you continue working for these people for rice money.
This is obviously for comedic relief.
You are the same people who:
The original Catherine makes constant trans panic jokes at Erica’s expense and deadnames her in the credits. The new version has an ending where everyone gets their timeline rewritten to be happy, and it de-transitions Erica. It’s not that the game explicitly messages “you should hate trans people” through dialogue.…
Okama Island is rather cringey when you think of it. That said no one has to stay clear of One Piece, as it can still be enjoyed despite the worst elements in it.
You can’t justify the morality of something based only on culture.
They’ve been polishing their manifestos since Pizzagate
Shut up and go to PE, Craig
hey this is you
Just because it’s legal, doesn’t mean it’s moral. 16 is the age of consent in the UK and we find middle aged people hitting on kids to be highly inappropriate regardless of legality.
Child marriage is a major human rights issue in India, and one that the local culture is attempting to combat. Using the prevalence of such as a justification for hitting on high school kids is...not right.
Please learn what the word “censorship” actually means before you have a freakout about it.
You think if this were two older men treating a highchool girl this way, everyone would just think it was a funny scene?
As gamers are, as a whole, a thoughtful, inclusive, and reflective group, I expect this change (one that in no way negatively impacts anyone at all) to be received with open arms and thunderous applause. Hooray for gamers!
Yeah, both of those scenes stand out for me as the least enjoyable parts of an otherwise stellar game.
They’re definitely the worst, very obvious shitty aspect of an otherwise mostly stellar game but there’s definitely a weird leering gaze towards the female characters too (Ryuji comes across as a serial creep at a couple of moments).
Now if Japan could stop putting homophobic bullshit in their games in the first place....
