Developers get reamed out for giving their employees insane work hours, especially leading up to a game’s release, all the time. Yet they still stay on. Sometimes it’s hard to recognize being treated horribly, especially if it’s your first job in the industry. Some women undoubtedly didn’t have the same issues others…
