Yeahhh Toyota engineer or no he’s flat out wrong. A quick press of the traction control button makes it stop cutting power but keeps the brake vectoring. This can make it feel like it’s cutting power because it is very aggressive with the brake vectoring. Toyota 4x4s equipped with ATRAC or MTS use a hydroboost system

Tacoma Traction control is really dangerous for 2 reasons.

I hope the Icon UCAs are the only Icon items on the truck.  I’m sad to say they have a great reputation for blown seals.  King, Fox, ADS, much better options.

tbf, leaving money on the table, a mild hybrid would be really cool for the Tacoma. It feels like all the other truck manufacturers have something out in that regard.

would really love to see a doublecab long bed w/ a 7MT. Dual TransferCase with 2-Lo and 2-Hi wouldn’t hurt too. lol

I think it’s funny when people post on craigslist that they’re selling their truck because they’re having their first kid soon and need something with more space.

TBF, if someone’s going to to build you’re truck for jumps out of pocket, they usually wouldn’t go w/ new TRD Pro.

TBF I drive an 6MT Access Cab. I wish my cab was 4-doors.

I absolutely care about fuel economy. But I also own 4 cars and I’m about to buy a Land Cruiser.

I mean clearly, at 300,000 miles, the question here was never about maintenance.

It might also be worth noting about Palantir and Skywise w/ Airbus. Palantir’s Foundry Platform is what Skywise is built on. It’s an entire “enterprise resource planning” suite used to not only calculate fuel usage, but also thousands of other factors that can affect efficiency of operations including passengers,

When will these be available and legal to drive in California?

Now playing

I didn’t want to say it before, but this is why.

I wouldn’t worry too much.  A lot of these folks are simple unable to see any other use case than their own.  It’s common narcissistic syndrome.

Yeah, firearms is not a partisan issue. Ownership lies on either side of the lines. There are way more left leaning firearms owners than ever before.

Well I mean, quite obviously they are two gun owners. But also quite obviously that’s a small sample size for the millions of gun owners in the USA. So ymmv. Generalizations will not be accurate. etc.

Though, I’d have to argue the whole of arfcom and calguns is quite the opposite of not mouthing off about guns. lol. But yes, they do not represent a majority of firearms owners.

I think the worst crime is that they went to Swing Arm City and came back such a lame photo. We went and we at least got this.
