Olympic National Park uses waterless urinals at a number of their sites. They smell fine. (I was actually surprised.) Given that they have to truck in water, it makes a lot of sense.

I can't believe that Consumerist recommending getting yet another bank account. This is like suggesting that you lie down across two lanes of traffic instead of one in hopes of not getting run over. We've been living in sin for 30+ years, and way back when we were young and naive we got a joint checking account. Wow.
