This is my entire problem with the idea of him being a 2.8. He’s obviously not athletically gifted, and there is NO way he spends 2-3 hours a week at the range/practice area. Not a damn chance.
PS: I would consider 2 hours like rock bottom minimum for maintaining a game, assuming he already had one.
