I just heard about the (possible?) removal of woman's hockey from the Olympics and was outraged, and then delighted at how outraged my friends were as well. To be fair, we're Canadians who grew up watching our women kick ass at hockey so it's hard to imagine the Olympics without them.

Since watching "Jackie Brown" for the first time in 2007, I always keep a bottle of vodka in my freezer, in case Samuel L. Jackson comes by to strangle me. (I don't always have OJ, but I tend to drink my vodka with water anyway.)
