I think nothing should be off-limits if it’s funny and that funny can be subjective. But this is a nice clear-cut case of jokes that aren’t witty, have nothing interesting to say, and rely on perpetuating misconceptions that result in people getting harmed.

It’s painfully clear to me that there aren’t any (or many?) women in the writers room at GOT. I LOVE the women in this show but I think a lot of their nuances come from either quality acting or having read the books and knowing more of their backstory/motivations.
