You can only run circles around your foes so many times before you realize you’re basically just running around in circles.

What do you mean by people who disagree with you? Do you mean people who aren’t feminists or are actively against feminism? If yes, then that doesn’t apply at all in this case sense I am completely for legal/social/economic equality for all genders (including non-binary ones), and I think representation is also an

I’m not saying you have to be nice to people who give you shit, but I think it’s counterproductive to the cause to intentionally portray yourself as the stereotype the enemy claims you are.

Not related to your specific point, but I wanted to say that I find your introductions in your vids (the “hello, my name is Heather Alexandra, and...”) becoming enjoyably familiar.

But my point was that you might get people who would have otherwise not been against you (and could be convinced of your positions) to think negatively of you when they otherwise wouldn’t have.

I realize you’re probably “trolling” me, but just in case you’re not... when did I say to be quiet? I just don’t see the benefit in making one’s side look like unreasonable stereotypes. There is a loooot of space between being quiet and being a caricature of oneself.

Making your own side look like the unreasonable stereotypes that the enemy sees you as, and thus confirming their views of you, seems like a very counterproductive way of trolling. On top of that, it may spread the negative perception of feminists to people who aren’t MRAs.

I’m a feminist, and I fully support legal/social/economic/representational equality for all the genders (including non-binary ones), but... this is a joke, right? I get it if it is, it’s playing the “feminist complaining about everything” stereotype for laughs, and it’s a good joke.

If you can’t have fun just exploring, then this game is not for you. There are moments of combat, but this is overall meant to be a very relaxed game.

I won’t say it’s realistic, but I also think its presumptuous to think the way life survives on other worlds has to be similar to how they survive on Earth. No Man’s Sky has it’s own table of elements, so the way biochemistry works could be really different than what we know of, and it might effect what kinds of

Pics please!

Could the Japanese hatred of tattoos be related to the Ainu people? They’re an indigenous people that got treated like shit and oppressed by the Japanese ethnic group we know of now, and their culturally-important tattoos were banned.

Reminds me of Slime Rancher.

Actually, it was no secret that there would b story. They talked about it’s presence before. It’s the kind of story you can totally ignore.

I’m excited, but I hope its not a shitty port like Hawken, because as cool as Hawken is, the frame rate on PS4 is inexcusable.

It’s interesting how everyone was praising it when it made no damn sense, there was no semblance of a plot, and all it had going for it was what-the-fuckery and gory action. Towards the end, the story took shape, things became understandable, and I see reviews now saying the equivalent of “meh.”

Seems like a really petty unnecessary comment, but alright, I’ll address it. Yes, you said “I,” but then you said “it doesn’t really matter when you’re playing,” and NOT “when I’m playing.” Maybe it wasn’t your intention, but to me, the obvious implication of you switching the pronoun is that doesn’t matter to others.

Just because you don’t doesn’t mean others don’t. A lot of players care about the fiction and world of games.

I feel like the visual design of this game is really inconsistent. There are robots, fairies, dudes in power armor, knights with swords, etc. I am all for breaking out of the potentially-restrictive confines genres, but the way I see it executed in Paragon just does not look like these things belong in the same

There are a series of trailers that highlight different aspects of the game. Exploration, trading, combat, and survival all have their own short videos. They only show quick glimpses, but you can find them on YouTube right now.
