Did you stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night?

Most people resent it when it’s daily and involuntary.

Between Millau Viaduct-style bridges over the below-sea-level stretches and tunnels through the mountains, I don’t see it as being a huge problem. Obviously it’ll cost billions of dollars to create tunnels hundreds of miles long, but a project on this scale is going to be a trillion-dollar infrastructure project

They have to test it out in economically important states first.

...in America

“if I get to spend two hours in my car to go ten miles instead of ten minutes in my car to go ten miles, I consider that a plus.”

Why not one that basically runs along I-40 that transverses the entire country?

Just over 1.5 hours from Houston to Denver WITHOUT going through Hobby/IAH or Denver Int’l airports?! YES PLEASE!

yeah...the name was kind of the point, guy. Good on you for picking up on it. I just made that name to reply to your silly comment. Saying the team was cheap is a super lazy and uninformed position. They certainly made plenty of mistakes, but not being willing to go into the tax isn’t one of them. They were afraid

It was going to be DFW -> Austin but they saw how 35 turned out.

I have a neutral opinion about this.

Exactly. What do I get for not majoring in a useless degree at that small private college and taking on 100k in debt? I even worked a bunch of OT to pay loans off quickly. Could sure use that cash now...

Like I’m playing Fruit Ninja. My passport is as stiff as Donald Trump when Ivanka is in the room.

Do people understand that college is optional?? You don’t NEED to go to college. I don’t go buy a giant house and then ask the gov’t to pay it off for me because I cant afford my mortgage payment, or buy a Ferrari and than get angry that I now have a car payment getting in the way. There are plenty of jobs and

If you choose a job based solely on the PSLF then that’s your first problem. The Loan forgiveness should be like an extra benefit and not the reason you choose a job.

Not speaking about the specific program mentioned in this article, just on universal loan forgiveness that a lot of my peers are always begging for:

And I’m just over here like “TRADE SCHOOL, BITCHES”
