Kettle bell swings. Check out 4 Hour Body. I’d recommend the whole book, but you might be able to find the chapter of other info about that online for free.

There are some conservatives out there who agree with you on all these points. The National Review has been pretty vocal in their opposition to Trump since early in the campaign. There are others as well. They were just severely outnumbered by racist boomers and redneck dipshits who watch too much Hannity.
I get where you’re coming from, but it’s a bit simplistic. He’s wasting millions in taxpayer money. He’s missing out on security briefings. He still has hundreds of staff positions he hasn’t appointed yet. And while he’s out playing golf, his pal Bannon is running things. His vacations are fucking up the world.
Right, and he has to pay for his personal vacation expenses. Taxpayers pay for all of his staff and all of the secret service to travel to FL and stay at his club with inflated room rates. That’s where the $10M figure is coming from.
You forgot to mention that that $10million is going directly into his pockets. He’s morally bankrupt.
There’s a pretty simple explanation for all of that. Trump and his team are incompetent.
I have no problem with them playing golf. I have a problem with him pocketing millions of dollars of taxpayer’s money to take all the security and staff to his overpriced resort every weekend. They may not be as fabulous, but…
W took a lot of vacation, but there’s room for some nuance. Most of W’s vacation time was spent at his ranch where they had secure communications set up. He was essentially teleworking. Trump is taking meetings in public spaces with lots of spectators who have no clearance other than their dues to his club. Trump also…
Playoff team who could use another scorer especially at SF - OKC.
This probably isn’t a good fit and would never happen because OKC wouldn’t want to pay him and more importantly there’s no way he’s waiving the no-trade clause for it.
That’s the problem with media today, too much hyperbole. Yes, St. Louis style ‘pizza’ is awful, but it shouldn’t be referred to as a war crime, even in jest. That is a very serious term with a very serious meaning and should not be jokingly applied to food, unless we’re talking about cincinatti chili.
People still eat at Chilis? I think my toddler has a more refined palate than anyone who willingly eats there.
Industrialized food isn’t the only problem. Modern sanitation standards have severely weakened the immune systems of many nations such as America. Granted, this has probably been for a net benefit. The fact remains there are lots of people around the world who, though prolonged exposure, can stomach things that would…
“Factory farm” isn’t as much of a problem as how the meat is handled at the processing facility and how it’s shipped and stored. I’d eat raw meat from a factory farm if it were butchered correctly.
Basahi - delicious.
Unless you have eggs commercially purchased in the USA and leave them out of the fridge too long. The eggs can sweat if it’s warm/humid enough, and that liquid can carry the bacteria into the egg.
This comment thread was fun. Thank you. I particularly enjoyed the part where they used a definition that supported your stance to argue with you.
Raw chicken is overrated. Raw horse is where it’s at.
Yeah, definitely wouldn’t eat it in US, but in Japan I’d do it again, maybe. The waiter’s reaction as he tried to explain what it was and talk me out of it was pretty entertaining. Language barriers are fun, and I guess several tourists have ordered it not knowing what they were getting themselves into.
Kerr will likely play his 4 guys with Anthony Davis or Boogie mostly. They use the All Star Game as a recruiting tool. Look back at who was on the court with KD last year...
I think you mean KD. That’s why he fits in so well with the Warriors.
It’s almost as entertaining as Beastmode’s interviews. I love it.
