Just waiting until the bribe from Verizon is uncovered. Monopolies and crushing net neutrality are not just for AT&T.

“This is actually the definition of ‘draining the swamp.’”

At a minimum.

I couldn’t say. It does underline, though, that we need safe, affordable, and sterile spaces for women to terminate pregnancies. In every hospital, in every city, in every state.

While untold amounts of rape kits sit on a shelf or are disposed of. Yeah, “justice”.

Investigating rape kits might get some good old boy in trouble. We can’t have that.

Yup.

Thank you. I was scrolling to see whether there would be any mention of the father.

I find it interesting that they seem to be assuming a woman deliberately did this.

Go on, keep telling us women won’t be prosecuted if abortion is outlawed.

Right?! They just want to charge her with murder if she self-aborted or even if she had a miscarriage—that’s why it’s important to know if the baby took a breath.

You want to figure out how the fetus died? It was 20 weeks and not at a hospital. No fetus is surviving that, even if it was “alive” when it was delivered.

If she got an infection or “bled out,” I highly doubt she’s still with us after all these months. But it’s nice that he cares. (ha.)

Jfc, this is frightening. Yeah, I’m sure they really want to help and make sure she’s okay. Bullshit.

Oh sure, they just want to find the woman to help her.

I don’t know about that. Haven’t there been several serial killers who were beloved by their community and who were described as loving husbands, fathers, and providers?

Ok, has anyone here seen Broadchurch? You should, it’s great.

I think it’s entirely possible that she knew he was an asshole and a womanizer, but didn’t know that what he was doing wasn’t consensual. A million people can know about someone’s behavior, but if no one is willing to actually tell the guy’s wife, how would that information get to her? Whisper networks often don’t

It’s funny reading these comments.
