Nah, my Palm Pre's battery life gets too cut off. And I ran into problems on my old BB Curve when I used it as a media player. Bought a Zune30 for 70$ off of woot and it's worked as a better solution.

RSS is dead? What killed it?

@k-napped: Crap, I should have turned my monitor upside down to find that I misspelled "illustration."

That sounds kind of similar to drawing and ilustration, where I learned from professors to check how good my composition was by turning the piece upside down. Or squinting your eyes to find "rivers of white space" in copy when laying out magazines.

I'm a bit surprised NYC is one of the top cities. I've always had a fight for freelance work in the city.

Very cool, will definitely make use of this.

Well this just ruined my BK lunch...

I use the cloud to move files from home to work, but I would never entrust the cloud to hold the really important stuff. I'm not going to risk years and thousands of dollars of work on other people's hard drives.

I used to have my Wacom on a keyboard tray on my old desk. That lead to a broken keyboard tray. I also am not sure how this guys sketches and works, but I put a lot of leaning on my Wacom. I also usually use it in conjunction with my keyboard, so having it that far away was a pain as well.

Facebook, Email and IM all in equal measure. Just depends on the link and who I want to see it.

I seal a business deal by jumping in the air and high-fiving with my business associates.

The Internet. As long as you go to sites that have decent track records and not just any idiot's blog it'll keep you informed more accurately and quicker.

If you're installing the old (ie crappy) start menu for Windows 7, you might as well not buy W7 at all. You'll be too confused by the new OS anyway.

I've got weird handwriting habits. Maybe it's because I'm a graphic designer. I usually switch my handwriting stylistically every time I write something down. It's to the point I don't even think about it.

@lhed: It keeps them in the same place as if you didn't have it. Works just the same as in Vanilla XP.

@fhall1: That was exactly my first thought. This would have been a useful tip if I hadn't moved to a wooden desk with more room for my keyboard and WACOM.

Let's put it this way... if my cable bill wasn't included as part of my rent, I wouldn't even pay for TV, never mind Hulu. Nothing on that box is worth watching anyway.
