A bunch of the new exotic weapons can only be earned from quests.

I’m talking about attribute cooldowns, which have been changed across the board. If the year two exotic armor is any indication, year two armor will have much better attribute bonuses, so you can max your cooldowns again. Once that’s the case, year one armor will suck even in Crucible.
