I’m pretty sure most of these are human error. If the car is unsure of what action to take in autopilot, it requests user interaction. If the user ignores it, bad things happen.

Why not just get a self propelled battery lawnmower to modify? Seems like extra steps to rig up a gas one. It’s also easier to cut off the battery one in case of emergencies.
