Telltale signs are whether its got the original tires (why would a car with say, 25,000 miles need new tires?) as well as the brake pedal rubber cover (it shouldn’t show much wear) and other things like carpet wear and how shiny the leather covered steering wheel is.

Just a technicality. No cars have “zero” miles. They may have very low miles, but they’re driven out of the factory, test driven and then driven onto car transporters, then driven onto the dealer’s lots. They have to have some amount of miles on them.
