It looks like early 2020 is going to be pretty packed with big games. Honestly, of the stuff announced at the Xbox conference, the most exciting thing for me was how amazing Tales of Arise looks. What a leap from the last one. Elden Ring looks cool too, from the little bit we saw of it.

Based on my understanding of the presentation, it seems like you can choose to pay $9.99/month for Stadia Pro and have access to all of the games available OR you can choose to forgo the monthly fee and just purchase games individually - is that not correct? I was working and listening so I may have missed the piece

I’m playing Trails of Cold Steel for the first time. I love the Persona-esque school interactions.

I’m a little disappointed that it’s not a Switch port - but I like the idea. However, I wish they went the Hyrule/Fire Emblem Warriors route and included characters from multiple Persona entries.

It would have been the ideal thing to do, yes. But it’s not how it worked out. The way he approaches the press and announcing new projects/updates today shows that he has learned from his missteps. If he hadn’t changed the way that he does business, maybe I would be more inclined to agree with you. But he hardly seems

That’s a lot of vitriol for this guy and his team. There are bigger companies out there knowingly taking advantage of people that deserve to be villainized. Murray got carried away, but he’s learned from his mistakes, and I don’t think anything was done intentionally. There are other studios and companies that are

I’m here for these attractive Dutch boys.

What does it say about Square Enix that two directors who recently received their own studios have left in such a short period of time - and so shortly after those studios were announced?

The cruelest April Fools joke was a few years ago - maybe 2016 - when Square Enix announced a new Final Fantasy Tactics game.

What about The Legend of Heroes: Trials of Cold Steel for PS4? March 26 if I’m not mistaken.

The Wii U eshop is still functional. The Wii eshop recently went offline. Your point still stands - how do we know games we purchase digitally will be accessible x years from now. However, we don’t know if this is a subscription model or what. There’s really no way of knowing how consumers or developers will benefit

Apparently the 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim demo contains a teaser for an unannounced Vanillaware project. It looks like a medieval fantasy setting, and more details are coming after the release of 13 Sentinels.

Club 96.

Link’s Awakening made the Direct for me, but Oninaki looks promising and Fire Emblem: Three Houses looks so much better than I thought after the initial trailer from last year. It seems like it’s going to be an awesome year for the Switch.

This is just the cherry on top of so many awesome announcements yesterday. I thought this was just DLC until I saw this post this morning. Hollow Knight was one of my top games of 2018, and I can’t wait for more.

This person pretty much nailed the Direct.

A new 2D Zelda on Switch would make me so happy - I would like to see Nintendo to continue to make 2D Zelda games on the Switch. I’d love to see Wind Waker and Twilight Princess HD ported, and I’m still holding out hope for a Skyward Sword remaster.

Wow knock-off Noctis is prettier and more emo than the real thing.

Both ‘Face My Fears’ and ‘Don’t Think Twice’ are the best Kingdom Hearts songs since ‘Simple and Clean’ in my opinion.

I’ve only made it to Chapter 7, but so far I’m really enjoying VC4. It’s too early to tell if the story will outshine the first one - but I think VC4's characters are stronger, and I really appreciate the light moments of squad banter.
