I have used jolicloud on my netbook and I like it enough. It's very easy to install and I dual boot it with windows. Jolicloud is lightweight and has an icon interface that's similar to a tablet. Lifehacker has an article about it somewhere. Check it out, good luck!

Yeah, having an antenna for local channels is a good idea. My wife and I stream netflix every day, but catch some prime time and a little local news off of our antenna. Broadcast HD looks great and you can get a good antenna for about 30 bucks. We pick up more than 20 channels over the air, it might be enough to help…

Recently, in my state at least, there have been some insurance co-ops for small businesses popping up. It allows qualifying businesses to join an insurance pool with other small businesses and have the benefit of lower insurance rates, not unlike corporate rates.
