I’m of the mind that I was fine with the way mods were before. Getting a big boost to a gun’s stats for one sacrifice really made the modding feel like it had an impact. I’m not upset since it kinda balances out, but I feel like it was fine before.

People who want to enjoy Sekiro for the “story/atmosphere” are probably gonna be a bit disappointed. Granted, the lore is there much like with the Souls games, but it’s never been the biggest aspect of it. I’ve never played Souls or Bloodborne for the story, and I’m sure a lot of others haven’t either. It’s all about

I applaud the man. He knew that his strategy was the best way of beating his opponent. The guy couldn’t handle it, so he quit? That’s twice the victory right there. As others have said, it’s a tourney. People are playing to win, not to entertain the masses.

I remember hearing somewhere that Sakurai wishes that players would use items in tournies as a means of testing their adaptability to situations since they’re so random. I think it’s pretty neat that Nintendo wanted an official Smash tourney to use everything that the game has to offer. Anyone upset by it should just

The only real time I’ve found issue with the lighting is when the weather in the game gets stormy. But I’ve found it not so bad since it seems to also affect enemy visibility as well. It also doesn’t seem too bad when you realize most enemies have their own lights on their armor making them more visible.

I’ve honestly never thought of it this way. I always thought that being able to get everything only really took away from certain games where you have a team of characters (Read: FFX).

Still remember playing the original ages ago. It feels like the voice acting has changed, but everything else is somehow better than I remember. Can’t wait to get back home to play some more.

Personally, I’ll never be able to finish RE4 again because of the Regenerators. Not only is their appearance scary, and the atmosphere where you first encounter them is unsettling, they are immensely hard to kill without the proper weapons and the area is nothing but long, narrow hallways where you won’t be able to

I’m super stoked for Chocobo’s Dungeon, having played the original back on Wii. That and Oninaki actually looks way better than Setsuna and Lost Sphear. Really hoping it exceeds those two.

I feel so much for this. I can’t do horror in most cases, but Resident Evil is much more bareable. And as much anxiety as I get playing this game, I can’t help but come back for more! It just goes to show how satisfying the gameplay is

At the beginning of last year I had to let go of a someone who I had considered a “best friend” for almost 9 years at that point. It was one of the hardest things to do because he was a core part of my circle of 5 close friends. He had done and said a lot of stuff that hurt me and one of my other friends, and was

I love this game, and am super satisfied with how it ended, but I do have a few complaints (last one may be a bit spoilery):

Granted, 247 out of the millions of players isn’t huge, but the fact that these people never got any sort of response is ridiculous. You’d think these companies with the endless amounts of cash would be able to put more into customer service.

Nothing is more humbling than realizing you are a speck compared to pro players. Sometimes it’s better to enjoy the game at the lower levels than it is to try and compete with the best. Whatever is most fun for you, go for it.

Strangely enough I used to main Bowser in Sm4sh, but now I feel less comfortable with him. I won’t complain though, I’m just happy Snake is back!

Nintendo said all the new characters are gonna be from series new to Smash Bros. There’s literally no chance by those rules, but Nintendo has broken them before

While I enjoyed WoL, my biggest issue is that it is 10 hours too long (not bad if you want more out of it, just bad if you wanna finish it) and it doesn’t have the same charm that Subspace had.

I personally think that Joker’s announcement was a much bigger surprise than Ridley’s. Sure there was the longstanding demand that he be included in the roster, but he was at least considered a possibility. NO ONE can say that they knew Joker was gonna be in Smash.

I’ll forever be salty that Red Dead won best Score / Music over Octopath Traveler. Everything else, I was fine with.

In response, a Bethesda community manager simply says in a forum thread “Hi guys, we’ve resolved this issue.”
