I agree. The Revenants, while not the HARDEST enemies (See: Valkyries), are some of the most annoying and dangerous. Their stupid ranged attack really pisses me off, the way it tracks you while it moves, and if one of them is an Ice Revenant, say goodbye to being able to move. They’re just really tedious to deal with.

Essentially, the Monada Arts were special skills that allowed Shulk to give game-changing buffs to him and his allies, or powerful debuffs to his enemies. They did not work the way they did in Smash 4. And his main abilities were literally the same as Rex (Back attack skill, side attack skill, etc.)

My hopes and dreams for Smash 5:
1. Mario w/ Cappy

I’m with you on the Xenoblade stuff, but I personally think a Rex/Pyra combination would be better, where you play Rex and Pyra stands in the background. Rex can sorta be like Shulk in a sense where he switches Blades (rather than Monado Arts) to alter his fighting style. That or he could just keep Pyra/Mythra and his

Can you guys pleeease take “Dark Souls-style combat” out the MH World description? MH was a franchise before Dark Souls even existed

For me it’s The Witcher 3. I got into it for a bit when my friend lent me his copy. While I enjoyed it for the time I played it (I got past the intro area and did several hours in the main open area), I couldn’t urge myself to play the copy I bought for myself after I returned my friends’.

I don’t believe that Vaal Hazak is undead, nor any monster affected by the Effluvia. It’s just a disease that causes aggression, one that hunters can be afflicted with too.

Some people playing Monster Hunter should actually take notes from the Hunting Etiquette comic...

Usually I’m put off when a game looks like a Zelda clone, but the way this one looks, and everything you talked about in this article, has me genuinely intrigued. Can’t wait to get my hands on this one.

More inclined to believe this wasn’t an accident this time around. Whatever the case may be, the statues should be made sturdier if this wasn’t intentional. That or put them in less populated, more sober places of Korea.

Incredible. I’m amazed at just how much people are able to do with this. Props to Nintendo for blowing people away with cardboard.

This is just one of South Korea’s many issues. Don’t be fooled by what they try to portray in their media. SK is one of the unhappiest places on Earth, despite having one of the best economies. Children don’t get to live their childhood. Adults can’t find a job. Elderly are living in poverty. I could go on, but this

Can I get out of post-approval?

When I beat the game, the credits never seemed to end. Even when I fast forwarded, they kept going. I had to skip them entirely just for it to end

Living in South Korea these past 8 months, it’s clear to me that there is a disdain towards Japan due to the history of the Japanese invading them in the past. Koreans hate the Japanese to my knowledge, and they’re no stranger to petty behavior (including something like removing them from the map altogether).

1. The Mainstay - Monster Hunter (usually the most recent iteration)

There is no happy ending. The main ending is unsettling as hell. I love that it wasn’t predictable, but I am personally not a fan of endings that leave the main character in some unwinnable or or terrifying situation. It’s very uncomforting.

OBJECTION!!!

Overwatch doesn’t need a Battle Royale mode.

I’m actually disappointed that the FF Brave Exvius one isn’t real. It is a hard troll to make what looks like an actual game
