Don’t think that you can only get certain things JUST from killing/capturing. I’ve gone the whole game just killing the monsters (capping when it’s required) and I’ve always been able to get the things that I need.
I had no idea... That’s a bit disappointing, but not enough to stop the hype for this game!
PLEASE BRING BACK TARZAN! Hasn’t been in Kingdom Hearts since the first one! They could do so much with a jungle world
Only when it comes to the things I want. I hated fighting Teostra, but 3 for 3 I’ve gotten a Gem from him. Eff me, right?
He definitely takes you off guard. I beat him fairly quickly my first time so I thought it was a joke. Going back though, he gave me a run for my money. Goes to show you should never underestimate any monster.
Even if you don’t need their materials, you never know when you might need them down the line (Can’t count how many times I’ve told myself I’m done fighting a certain monster, just to realize I need their parts for an awesome new sword). You can benefit from farming them, selling their parts or keeping them for future…
You’re lucky. I can’t tell you how many times I fought Rathalos just to get his armor. The desire sensor still very much exists.
That’s not what he even said. A lot of people are complaining about the multiplayer, and yes while it is a bit more difficult than most games, it’s not as bad as people are making it out to be. It could definitely use more improvement, no doubt, but this is all a small detail in an otherwise great game.
In the past, Capcom has always released all the DLC for Monster Hunter completely free. I’ve been playing since 1st Generation and there hasn’t been a single microtransaction. Everytime they add new content, you’re only job is to hunt and earn the content. That’s it. No money. No BS.
Wanna talk about commitment? Use the greatsword. Out of all weapons, it has the highest damage potential, but only with the proper knowledge of monster movements and patterns. Nothing feels more satisfying than landing the 3rd fully charged strike on the monster while it’s charging at you. When you start charging,…
A lot of the Monster Hunter highlights are stuff that you usually see if you’re experienced or have played others in the past. That being said, seeing those reminded me of my excitement when I was still new to the series.
I’ve been a greatsword user since the first MH, though at times it was a bit rough to stay dedicated with the introduction of new weapons and more powerful monsters. Now with the updates, I can’t leave town without it. It’s just amazing how this game managed to make every single weapon fun to use and worthwhile.…
This reminds me of when I went back to KH1 when the HD Remix came to PS4. Riku’s last fight in Hallow Bastion was the plague of my childhood. No matter what I did, I could not beat him. I was a stupid kid who didn’t understand the fundamentals of RPGs (i.e. leveling up makes you stronger). When I came back with years…
