Yeah, it's nice for overlooked "teen show" actors to get some more recognition. O'Brien's been doing awesome work on Teen Wolf, and Dobrev has consistently been great on The Vampire Diaries, but they're not taken seriously at all.

Yeah, I thought the multi-villain thing was interesting, especially with the personal dynamics between everyone (Scott/Derek, Jackson/self/everyone, the awesome classroom switching partners scene that paired everyone). Plus, the rave, party, and Jungle scene were gloriously absurd. I loved it.

I think 3B is probably better and more coherent than 2, but my ranking would be: 2>3B>1>3A.
I loved Colton Haynes, Mrs. Argent, and Gerard, and I liked the greater emphasis on humor mixed with horror. 3B's really been great, though.

I've really enjoyed Arden Cho, too. I'm glad she's staying around.

Yeah, the female characters in Teen Wolf tend to be super strong and badass (but definitely half-assed, like you said). There's not active prejudice, in my opinion. They're just an afterthought.

My little sister "doesn't like sitcoms" and loves the OC, so I've been trying to find shows we can watch together that she'll actually like (because I "usually watch boring weird shows). She finally agreed to watch a Veronica Mars episode, and is now obsessed, and Cougar Town was also a big hit.
